Registration

All players must have registration and wavier turned in or they
will be considered an illegal/unrostered player.
All players, coaches, and team representatives must be
individually registered under USA Hockey Insurance.  Those who
are not already registered may do so by paying a $25 registration
fee and by filling out the Individual Member Registration or by
signing up at www.usahockey.com.
All Necessary forms are available from Arctic Coliseum
Management.
If USA hockey registration material is not filled out and paid for by the first
game, then that team will forfeit every game and will not be
allowed to play until all material and fees are turned in. (There
are no refunds for this league)
All rosters will be frozen preceding the start of the fifth (5th)
game.

Age
All players must be Eighteen (18) years old or older to participate
in all 18+ divisions.  League officials reserve the right to ask any
player for proof of age and remove those players who do not
meet the age requirements of the league, without refund.  Prior
to each game, driver’s licenses may be checked to verify
players’ age.
All players must be one year removed from collegiate or
professional hockey. (includes all professional leagues)  
Collegiate players may play in the Advanced League.
