Ages 3-5
Wednesday night AND Saturday morning 

This popular class teaches the basics of skating for the game of hockey. Our goals are for the kids to gain comfort on the ice and in full hockey equipment, while learning basic balance, changing direction, and starts and stops. We do not use a lot of pucks in this class. Our main goal is to get kids excited to come to the rink and skate. Games and Toys are heavily used to make learning these skills fun and exciting for the kids.

Ages 6-13
 

This class is the next step up from our Snow Cubs Class. The main focus of this class is to continue to strengthen skating while starting to learn the basics of handling the puck (shooting, passing, stick handling, etc). This class is broken down into stations to allow for a low student\to instructor ratio. Themed small area games, class games, and activities are used as well, not to mention the ever-popular Kids VS. Coaches game at the end of the session!
